We would like to inform you that the Verkhovna Rada passed Law No. 3200-IX on June 29, 2023, "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Mandato- ry Registration and Use of Electronic Cabinets in the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (hereinafter referred to as UJITS ) or its separate subsys- tems (modules) that ensure document exchange."
According to its requirements, all legal entities are obligated to register in the Unified Judicial System.
The final deadline for registration in UJITS is until October 18, 2023, inclusive.
