Alexander Yakovlev, Managing Partner of Moore Kyiv, Ukraine, was appointed Co-Chair of the European Business Association (EBA) Committee on Currency Regulation and Financial Services. Together with Vadym Romaniuk, Head of Banking and Financial Services Practice at PwC Legal in Ukraine, he will coordinate the work of the Committee focused on advancing the financial services market and promoting effective dialogue between business and regulators.

The EBA Committee on Currency Regulation and Financial Services brings together representatives from banking, financial services, legal, and consulting sectors. It provides a structured forum for professional dialogue with regulators and supports alignment of business positions on:
