This website is jointly operated by AF MOORE STEPHENS, LLC, MOORE STEPHENS CONSULTING, LLC, and MOORE STEPHENS OUTSOURCING, LLC, each a limited liability company established under the laws of Ukraine, with their registered office at 68/1 Peremohy Ave, office 62, Kyiv 03113, Ukraine.
These entities operate jointly under the brand name Moore Ukraine (together referred to as “Moore Ukraine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Use of the Moore Ukraine name is for branding and operational purposes only and does not create a separate legal entity.
Moore Ukraine operates as part of the Moore Global network. AF MOORE STEPHENS, LLC, one of the legal entities operating under the Moore Ukraine brand, is a member firm of Moore Global Network Limited (MGNL), a worldwide association of independent accounting and consulting firms.
MGNL and its member firms are legally distinct and separate entities.
