Our History
Foundation and Launch of Audit Services
Founded in 2002, the company began its professional journey in the audit and assurance field. From its inception as AF MOORE STEPHENS, LLC, the firm focused on delivering high-quality audit services in compliance with national and international standards, laying a solid foundation for long-term growth and professional credibility.
Launch of IFRS Consolidated Reporting Services
The firm launched services for the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, responding to the growing demand for transparent and internationally comparable financial reporting. This milestone marked the expansion of the firm’s expertise in supporting multinational groups and companies working with international stakeholders.
Establishment of the Corporate Finance Practice
The Corporate Finance practice was introduced to support clients with complex financial transactions, business structuring, and strategic decision-making. The firm started providing integrated advisory solutions, combining financial insight with commercial and strategic perspectives.
Expansion of Tax Advisory and Accounting Outsourcing
The firm significantly broadened its service portfolio by expanding tax advisory and accounting outsourcing services. As part of this strategic development, MOORE STEPHENS OUTSOURCING, LLC was established, allowing clients to benefit from efficient, compliant, and scalable finance function support.
Membership in the Moore Global Network
In 2007, the firm joined Moore Global, one of the world’s leading international accounting and advisory networks. This milestone provided access to global expertise, best practices, and cross-border collaboration, enhancing the firm’s ability to support clients operating in international markets.
Consulting Practice and Technology Enablement
The firm implemented advanced financial reporting software solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity. In parallel, MOORE STEPHENS CONSULTING, LLC was established, formalising advisory services and reinforcing the firm’s commitment to technology-enabled professional solutions.
World Bank Accreditation
The company was officially recognised by the World Bank as an accredited auditor for projects financed by the World Bank. This recognition confirmed the company’s high professional standards, robust quality controls, and capability to deliver assurance services for large-scale, donor-funded and development projects.
Financial Technology Solutions
Building on its technology strategy, the firm introduced advanced financial and audit technology solutions, including IDEA and CaseWare. These tools enhanced data analytics, audit quality, and risk assessment, enabling more efficient and insight-driven engagements for clients.
Information Security and IT Services
