Moore Global is excited to announce its membership in the Mindful Business Charter (MBC), a collaborative community dedicated to reducing unnecessary stress in our work practices.
The Mindful Business Charter is founded on the idea that stress impairs our cognitive function. This not only affects our personal health but also diminishes the quality of our work. Consequently, it impacts the organizations we work for and the clients and partners we interact with.
Stress can stem from our own thoughts, but a significant portion arises from how we interact within our organizations and with other organizations. Most of us have good intentions and don’t intend to cause stress, yet it happens, and often we don’t address it.
What if we could all become more aware of our impact on each other? What if we felt empowered to discuss it? By doing so, we could identify and eliminate unnecessary stressors in our work processes.
This is the essence of the Mindful Business Charter: fostering healthier, more effective ways of working through awareness and open communication.
This membership grants all 227 firms within the Moore network access to the MBC framework and resources, seamlessly integrated into their current membership agreement.
